As his direct supervisor at Tokopedia, I can share with you that Obedrey Willys has demonstrated great interest in leadership and coaching areas. He has shown his extensive knowledge and skill to create a coaching ecosystem roadmap, initiate internal governance for leaders development through coaching intervention, and initiated leaders empowerment community
As his bachelor thesis' supervisor, I observed that Obedrey Willys has the capability to apply theoretical knowledge to concrete considerations of a problem. He takes the time to consider a problem from various perspectives before make a conclusion, as he consistently deliver his quality as a active learner
I had opportunity to work with Obedrey Willys for about 2,5 years in the consulting area. He has performed well in some of the change management and organizational development projects with me as lead senior consultant for various type of clients’ industry: telecommunication, advertising agency, banking, financial technology, etc.
During my Internship period. I learned how to be a great leader and a great coach from Obedrey Willys. He showed his willingness to share many insights in the area of coaching and learning development. Not only that, he believed in me by giving bigger role and responsibility during my internship In People Development team.
In 2019, I worked with Obedrey Willys as an intern at Tokopedia and it was a wonderful experience I’ve ever experienced during my tenure. He’s very passionate when it comes to “work”. He always brings his good initiative and brave to make it happen. Also, he has a good personality in building relationship and spread a positivity for his colleagues
