Obedrey Willys, M.A, ICP-AHR, CHRP, CPC
My purpose in life is to facilitate people's unlocking of their maximum potential so they can be the best versions of themselves. This drives my expertise in creating talent development strategies, leadership development programs (mentoring, coaching, team facilitation), and advancing business impact and agility through impactful L&D strategy.
As a global L&D practitioner, I graduated from Columbia University (New York) with a Master of Arts in the Adult Learning and Leadership program and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Indonesia. I am also a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), and ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in HR (ICP-AHR).
For almost 10 years, I have extensive professional experience working in national and international organizations, such as Dynargie, Tokopedia, United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) New York, United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) Stockholm, and Apple Developer Academy.

Obedrey has been a dedicated and reliable intern, contributing to key learning initiatives with professionalism and adaptability. His ability to analyze data, manage tasks efficiently, and navigate shifting priorities has been valuable to the team.
Obedrey has been a proactive and resourceful Learning & Leadership Development Intern at UNFPA New York. His contributions to team development activities and leadership programs have strengthened collaboration and aligned with UNFPA’s aspirational culture. With a strong ability to design and implement scalable learning solutions, he played a key role in enhancing professional growth across the organization.
As his direct supervisor at Tokopedia, I can share with you that Obedrey Willys has demonstrated great interest in leadership and coaching areas. He has shown his extensive knowledge and skill to create a coaching ecosystem roadmap, initiate internal governance for leaders development through coaching intervention, and initiated leaders empowerment community
I had the opportunity to work with Obedrey Willys for about 2,5 years in the consulting area. He has performed well in some of the change management and organizational development projects with me as lead senior consultant for various types of clients’ industries: telecommunication, advertising agency, banking, financial technology, etc.
During my Internship period. I learned how to be a great leader and a great coach from Obedrey Willys. He showed his willingness to share many insights in the area of coaching and learning development. Not only that, he believed in me by giving bigger role and responsibility during my internship In People Development team.
